     Handwriting

     Technology has made written correspondence easier than ever—e-mails, text messaging, printers, label makers, faxing, attachments—these all quicken and clarify our writing. For someone to make additional time to handwrite correspondence shows sincerity. I appreciate being the recipient of handwritten correspondence, and I attempt to practice this written gesture as much as possible.
