Private Residence, San Diego, CA

Patané assisted homeowners with several tasks during a two-month stay at their residence. Her main purpose was to handle the house projects that would increase the resale value, but her duties weren't limited to home improvement. She also provided child and animal care as a live-in assistant and handywoman.

Patané added a base and shelf to the third bookcase and installed new cabinet doors for the living room remodel. She removed wall paneling and replaced it with sheetrock. The old aluminum sliding door was removed and replaced with a Pella sliding glass door. She painted all the shelving and walls, and cut and installed baseboard throughout the room.
There were other projects completed throughout the home by Patané, such as cabinet veneering and cabinet door installation in the kitchen and landscape maintenance.

Patané and the homeowner installed new double doors. She also finished detail work with laminate flooring, painted the foyer and hallway walls, and installed baseboard.
