Patané continued her service with previous clients in San Diego. After the homeowners relocated, Patané assisted with painting, upholstery, garage organization, boat maintenance and child's room remodeling at the new residence. Her largest project was constructing a multi-structural playhouse in the homeowner's back yard.
Track Window Dressing Project
The hardware from the old curtain needed to be reused because the homeowners wanted to keep the existing ceiling track. The old fusible fabric was deteriorated, which created a mess. Taking the project outside to the park was a good idea. The sewing went on by the sea.
As stitches were made, the view from the park bench was an ideal work place. After converting hardware and sizing the curtain, the results hung ceiling-to-floor.

Looking at the heart of a tree. When someone else removed dresser drawers without numbering them, I studied the wood grain pattern on the faces to get the drawers back in order.
