Various clients, Outer Banks, NC

Patané's most important work in the Outer Banks area was to provide living assistance and to chauffer a client to his appointments. She coordinated his schedule and helped him facilitate a daily routine. Her client's schedule required the most of her during the mornings and evenings, giving Patané time each day to pursue other tasks.
Her day work consisted of assisting real estate brokers and investors. She executed the final touches on properties for acceptable rental condition. When she wasn't working on rentals, she was caregiver for some of the finest homes in Emerald Isle, NC.

She touched up wall paint where needed.

The above photos show the process of Patané's handiwork. A beach rental's kitchen cabinets get painted white, and afterwards, Patané lines the drawers and shelving, adds hardware and oversees proper installation of the granite countertop. Some other work Patané did included installing the kitchen faucet and under-sink plumbing, painting bathroom vanities, installing bathroom hardware, changing door hardware, installing outdoor light fixtures, ordering and installing all window dressing and coordinating a moving crew to load in three bedroom sets.
