Aside from the daily operations Patané handled for a suburban Texas home, the homeowner had some larger renovation projects that were in various stages of completion. Patané helped the homeowner finish many projects on his list. Her personal assistance also included editing scripts, computer maintenance and photo archiving pieces in her client's art collection.

"Jeannine’s services have been a pleasure... her industriousness and inventiveness never cease to amaze and impress me. Her first large project was to build, from the ground up, a beautiful 8’ x 12’ shed—which she did in a week.
Her attention to detail emphasizes quality... She doesn’t cut corners and is honest, and incredibly hardworking. Inspiring, really. Her subsequent work on my laundry room and sunroom has similarly proved to be of the highest quality and standards.
Each morning we usually start with a consulting session...we agree on priorities, Jeannine sets to work and then the magic happens. If she or I have a better idea in reaction to the evolving project, we simply adjust. Working with Jeannine is a dialog, nothing forces; calm and gradual is the way she moves and the how she has affected the house with her presence.
I finally have a home. I recommend her highly and without reservation, her smiling face is also a welcome addition."

Patané completed the laundry room finish work, including whitewashing the walls, adding trim and baseboard, changing hardware, venting the on-demand hot water heater and constructing a utility closet door.
